  • Managing sales process and activities, including overseeing the retail store and channel sales activities.
  • Identifies, qualifies and look for new business to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain channel partner relationships and help business channel sales.
  • Develop B2B business with M&E integrators, renovators and architects.
  • Train and develop selling skills of retail sales person and channel promoters.
  • Attending to consumer’s and reseller’s sales/aftersales inquiries, feedback and complains.
  • Oversee aftersales services.
  • Promoting and achieving satisfactory level of sales through excellent customer service, good product knowledge, honesty and integrity.
  • Help develop and execute channel promotions and channel marketing activities.
  • Keeping yourself well-informed about market trends and competitor products.
  • Supervise and develop retail sales promotion and in-store marketing.
  • Create sales leads and expand business opportunity.
  • Assist to improve business processes, service standards and displays in all channel locations.

 

Yêu cầu công việc
  1. Degree, certificate

Relevant Degree/Diploma.

  1. Knowledge is needed

Experience in audio/hi-fi industry will be a good bonus.

  1. Skills needed

Able to work in a small dynamic start-up environment. This is a new overseas office setup.

  1. Quality

Independent, Systematic/Organized, Dynamic, Responsible and Creative

  1. Language

Good spoken and written English. Able to translate and proof-read materials translated from English to Vietnamese.

  1. Computers

Must have knowledge of Ms Office, Emailing and Internet/Social-Media savvy

  1. Experience

Minimum 3 years experiences in sales management.
