JobTest's client is an international travel agency specializing in European guests

Sale tasks:

• Analyze travel requests from clients.

• Strive to fully understand and capture each traveler’s needs.
• Prepare thoroughly (research travel products, information, solutions, etc.) before speaking to travelers or partners.
• Guide clients (recommend regions, activities, service options, etc.).
• Define a commercial approach (develop travel proposals, pricing strategy, margin rates, sales policies, etc.).
• Design a detailed travel program (estimate), calculate costs, optimize expenses, maximize profits, and set the final sale price
• Sell to clients (present rationale, convince clients, find solutions to meet their needs).
• Prepare clients for their journey (provide travel information, practical advice, recommendations, etc.).
• Follow up with clients about travel plans and make adjustments as needed
• Follow up with clients throughout their travels (welcome them, resolve any issues, etc.).
• Make alternative arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
• Follow up payment

Operation and Production tasks:

• Contact suppliers for new products and services 
• Work closely with the internal tour operation team to operate the tours
• Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money refund in certain cases
• Maintain relationships with travelers and key person (business clients)

• Follow up travelers’ feedback after their trip and report to the team leader (both good and bad feedback).
