Responsible for the sell in and sell out target of Air conditioner product in South region.
Develop / operate / manage the new accounts to meet the company budget and keep closed relationship to customer.
Support the customers to open more shops, provide trainings to their staff on the products and propose on the shop display.
Support the customers to reach bigger.
Collaborate with the sales representatives and PG to improve the sell out and shop display
Understand the market and competitors’ situation, implement the sales plan.
Be responsible on the sell in and sell out marketing / promotion activities, collaborate with the product planning team and marketing team in HQ.
Feedback the market and competitors’ movements and give proposal to company for improvement on product/price/marketing/service policies…
Control the PSI of the key customers to push sell in/sell out and inventory of key customers
Be responsible for the AR and overdue of key customers
