Mô tả công việc

Responsible for the sell in and sell out target of Air conditioner product in South region.

Develop / operate / manage the new accounts to meet the company budget and keep closed relationship to customer.

Support the customers to open more shops, provide trainings to their staff on the products and propose on the shop display.

Support the customers to reach bigger. 

Collaborate with the sales representatives and PG to improve the sell out and shop display

Understand the market and competitors’ situation, implement the sales plan.

Be responsible on the sell in and sell out marketing / promotion activities, collaborate with the product planning team and marketing team in HQ.

Feedback the market and competitors’ movements and give proposal to company for improvement on product/price/marketing/service policies…           

Control the PSI of the key customers to push sell in/sell out and inventory of key customers

Be responsible for the AR and overdue of key customers

Communication and negotiation:

1. Specialized cross functional communication level horizontally and vertically

2. Good Verbal and communication

3. Interpersonal Communication and negotiations skills

4. Ability to make reports, recommendations and presentation etc.

5. Must have strong communication channels with dealers & distributors.

Problem Solve ability:

1. Strong decision making and administrative skills;

2. Ability to re-solve problems and issues;

3.Self motivator and self-starter.


1.         Strong capability to professionally guide and motivate the entire team for meeting functional target.

2.         Team development and Capacity building through trainings, coaching and monitoring.

Development and implementation of business plans and to deliver agreed business commitments within budget by managing all sales negotiations, contracts and development plans efficiently;

Sustain existing business, improve share of current business and extend product lines and enhance brand image.

Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Major: Bachelor in Marketing/Management/AC or related

Experience: 3 Years of Experience at least.

Others: Well-versed with MS-Office(Powerpoint/Word/Excel…)
