JobTest's Client is a company specializing in the production and supply of plastic products, particularly plastic packaging and packaging solutions.

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
• Oversee inspection and testing processes to verify that products meet quality standards and regulation requirements.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality assurance processes.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the production and delivery process.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement measures to enhance product quality and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training to staff members on quality control processes, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent quality across all operations.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern related to product quality.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, customer complaints, and non-conformance incidents in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components and implement measures to address any quality issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality control activities, including inspection reports, corrective actions, and process improvements.
• Work closely with other departments such as production, engineering, and customer service to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the quality control team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
