Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a leader or team lead in a software development environment.
Strong proficiency in C++ programming language and QT framework.
Familiarity with design patterns, multi-threading, IPC, and debugging.
Experience working in a Linux development environment and system programming.
Solid understanding of software compilation, linking, and version control tools (e.g., RTC, Jira).
Proficient in writing unit tests and using relevant testing frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Good at English, both written and verbal.
