JobTest's Client is a company specializing in the production and supply of plastic products, particularly plastic packaging and packaging solutions.

Responsibility all of production function; Production improvement, Machine improvement, Quality control etc.
Develop, integrate, and execute the supply chain strategy and plans.
Identify and drive improvements across forecasting, Process engineering, Material planning, and supplier supply planning etc.
Material preparation
Safety workplace management.
Line balancing & Manpower management.
Planning, coordinating and controlling to meet customer need.
Monitoring daily production performance
Investigating and analyzing any issues as well as implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Project cost saving and process improvement.
Improve cycle time of production process.
Monitoring and improve plant production processes
Control &maintains the manufacturing processes to meet all requirements in the control plan
Weekly and Monthly performance review
NPD system for new product and new technology.
Monthly management review with cross functional.
Other assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Production management Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 5 years of proven experience in Production industry, material planning, and supply chain area
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of main SAP, ERPs, Computer literate, in Microsoft Office; word, excel and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal skill and the ability to support/lead and collaborate with a team.
