Academic qualification: University graduate

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven working experience as HR Manager or another HR Executive

Excellent communication and presentation in both English and Vietnamese

Proactive listener and speaker, strong decision-making skills

Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, have the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems, intercultural sensitivity and language skills"
