- Working Time: 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday

- Location: District 3, Ho Chi Minh City

+ Dedicate yourself to the most important responsibility of reaching whole sales team’s revenue targets.

+ Build & execute good sales strategies as well as other sales-related policies, include but not limited to: rate cards, discounts, rebates, etc.

+ Supervise, train & support each individual of sales team’s members to reach their personal revenue targets

+ Grow a strongly united sales team.

+ Bring highly potential and valuable clients to the sales team

+ Build and maintain effective working relationships with TenMax staff in all functions and areas of the Business. Work particularly closely with Media, Account, Marketing and Operations, in order to gain the benefits of common, best practice processes and to exploit cross-selling opportunities.

+ Participate in all relevant Marketing activities on product promotion.

+ Maintain professional awareness of relevant external technical and business developments and competitor activity.

+ Carry out any other tasks that may be reasonably requested by the Company from time to time.

+ Influence the behavioral safety within the Company through your own example with high standards and expectations set.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience/ Qualifications:

- At least 05-10 years of experience in media sales

- At least 03-05 years experience in sales team management

- Extensive knowledge in Digital Advertising is a plus

Professional skills/ Abilities:

- Possesses high level of product and market knowledge and able to advise customers on procedures, applications and techniques.

- Have proven background of sound sales practices, including but not limited to lead generation, building a pipeline, and closing deals to meet quota.

- Be fluent in written and spoken English and be able to communicate with ease is a plus.

Personal Qualities:

- Place clients’ satisfaction as the highest priority, both personally and for the team. Possesses strong customers facing skills.

- Team player – who makes the best use of the contributions that can be made by others, and has the ability to work constructively with others.
