+ Distributors’ analytic reports: application, renewal, productivity, retention, segmentation, 1st time purchase, repeat purchase, purchase frequency,
+ Investigates the consumer experience to support the development of marketing & brand reputation initiatives
+ Develop market research questions to figure out the business opportunities
+ Brand performance: sales, contribution, CMAB, penetration, brand productivity, brand purchaser...
- Set up & manage customer data system & lead Customer Relationship
+ Work with the regional team to set up, run and evaluate the systems (global platform + tools)
+ Set & customize system application (schemes for different local distributor groups) for communication set & automatically addressed to local distributor groups respectively.
