Adapt and activate the East Asian Integrated Marketing Activity Plan (IMAP) for company
Ensure that the execution of the initiatives is complying with the brand’s communication strategy
Develop key marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Trade Marketing and Thailand Sales divisions
Manage and control the allocation of the Thailand marketing budget
Set metrics and KPIs for key initiatives and evaluate the return on each investment
Manage relationships with key stakeholders e.g. press, bloggers, large customers, and other companies/public organizations
Track monthly public relations, press releases, social media metrics
Work with advertising and media agencies to develop media communication plans
Manage a cross functional marketing team whilst working in partnership with other functions in a matrix organization
