Develop plans and set strategic directions for the team
Training and enhancing professional skills for the team
Proactively search for potential customers from different data sources (Cold data, personal network data, events...)
Reach out to potential customers and introduce our product
Research problems, conduct research by calling, emailing or face-to-face to verify needs, and propose solutions to potential customers.
Present / Demo to convince and demonstrate the solution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
Perform sales activities such as negotiation, contract agreement, and handling administrative work related to contracts.
Coordinate with the Project Deployment Department to help customers use the solution successfully.
