1. Planning:

Providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting department

Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO & management team on financial related matters to support the company business plan.

Advising on short-term, long-term business and financial planning for investors and stakeholders

2. Operation:

Develop and maintain guidelines on finance and accounting policies and procedures

Be a right supportive GM to produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly and annually basis.

Manage company financial performance in an effective and efficient way

Establish and maintain effective working relations with professional counterparts and external parties to support the company in identifying new business opportunities.

Be involved in the negotiation process with the brand about trade term.

3. Risk Management:

Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile

Monitor all open legal issues involving the company  Construct and monitor reliable control systems

Ensure that the company complies meet all legal and regulatory requirements; record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government authorities

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education/ Professional qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Audit or related filed. Master degree is preferred.

Extensive knowledge in business, finance, marketing, human resources management  Fluent in English and Vietnamese  Technology savvy is preferred

2. Experience and Technical Skills:

Minimum 15 years of experiences in Financial function and at least 8+ years of experiences as Finance Director/CFO position.

Experience with E-commerce business and/or multinational corporation is preferred

Solid knowledge of financial accounting, financial planning and performance management, financial analysis, financial forecast.

Be proficient in following financial policies and skills: taxation law, bank business and tax declaration process, accounting practices & policies and other relevant areas.

Strong analytical skills and a high level of integrity
