Members: includes candidates and employers who sign up to use the JobTest website, to view jobs posted by other users or post job postings
Product: means one or more services available in JobTest's Service List through a Purchase Order and/or Service Contract.
Intellectual Property: any patent, copyright, registered or unregistered design, rights to designs, registered or unregistered trademarks, service marks, or other industrial or intellectual property rights, and includes applications to any of the above items.
