Complaint Resolution Policy
JobTest is always responsible for receiving and handling complaints from Customers related to the services provided. When complaints and disputes arise, we always uphold negotiation and mediation solutions between the parties to maintain the relationship and trust of customers in service quality.
The complaint process follows these steps:
Step 1: Customers complain about JobTest's services in the following ways

• The buyer submits a complaint at: JobTest Co., Ltd., 7th Floor, Lux Save Home Building, 18 Ba Vi, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, VN
Step 2: The customer service department will receive complaints, contact to clarify the Customer's requirements as soon as possible and not more than 5 working days, from the date of receipt of the request. Depending on the nature and severity of the incident, JobTest will take specific measures to support Customers in resolving complaints and disputes.
Step 3: JobTest may request the Customer to provide information and evidence related to transactions and services to verify, clarify the case and take appropriate action.
Step 4: In case, JobTest has made efforts to resolve complaints and disputes but the incident is beyond our ability and authority, we will request the Customer to bring the case to a competent State agency for settlement in accordance with the law.
JobTest respects and seriously implements the provisions of the law on protecting the interests of customers. Therefore, all information related to the service is provided completely, accurately, truthfully and in detail. All acts of fraud in business are condemned and must be fully responsible before the law.
Parties including JobTest - The Client has an important and responsible role in actively resolving the matter. Both parties need to be responsible for providing documents, papers, and other evidence to prove and clarify information related to the conflicting incident.
In case the service arises a complaint or dispute that is determined to belong to JobTest, JobTest will compensate the Customer satisfactorily on the basis of the agreement with the Customer.
Any controversy, complaint or dispute arising out of or in connection with the services at the Website or these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by negotiation, mediation, arbitration or Court in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights 2010, in Chapter 4 on Settlement of disputes between consumers and organizations and individuals trading in goods and services.
