Payment Security Policy

1. Commitment to confidentiality

The card payment system is provided by Payment Gateway Partners that have been legally licensed to operate in Vietnam. Accordingly, the card payment security standards at JobTest ensure compliance with industry security standards.

2. Privacy Policy

The policy of international and domestic card payment transactions (internet banking) ensures compliance with the security standards of Payment Gateway Partners, including:

1. The Client's financial information will be protected throughout the transaction process using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
2. Payment Information Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certification provided by Trustwave.
3. One-time passwords (OTPs) are sent via SMS to ensure account access is authenticated.
4. 128-bit MD5 encryption standard.
5. Principles and regulations on information security in the banking and finance industry are in accordance with the regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam.

JobTest's payment transaction security policy applies to Customers:

1. JobTest provides a token custody facility - only saves chains that have been encrypted by the Payment Gateway Partner. JobTest does not directly store customer card information. The confidentiality of the Customer's payment card information is carried out by a licensed Payment Gateway Partner.
2. For international cards: the Client's payment card information that can be used to establish a transaction is not saved on JobTest's system. Payment gateway partners will store and secure.
3. For domestic cards (internet banking), JobTest only stores the order code, transaction code and bank name.
