JobTest's client manufactures and supplies equipment solutions for the retail, logistics and service industries.

Set up sample construction process. Working with overseas subsidar's design team, quality teams and vendors to ensure samples meet customer expectations for prototypes, photo samples
Conduct factory audits to ensure that factories meet international/customers’ compliance standards
Work with sourcing and internal customer quality to ensure technical specifications are adequate and vendors can deliver on quality expectations
Check samples, when sample against product specifications, check with supplier to ensure that they meet customers’ quality standards
Provide technical support to quality manager, factories and customers to ensure product quality
Monitor and create quality request to factories before and during the manufacturing process
Conduct in-line and final product inspections and provide solutions on technical issues.
Report and troubleshoot quality issues from bulk production samples sample to products finish
Work closely with all operational departments related to product
Communicating all quality issues arising from testing and assessment of product to all key stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirement

Bachelor degree.
Minimum 3 years' quality experience no matter IQC,IPQC, SQE, OQC. Process engineer experience is also welcome
Knowledge of the manufacturing process: cutting,stamping, welding, coating will be an advantage.
Knowledge of ISO9000/ISO14000/AQL 2.5/4.0.
Hard working, able to work under pressure, self-motivated, responsive, detail minded
A good team player, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with the team
Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, able to meet deadlines, good time management
Good command of written and spoken English. Chinese will be an advantage.
Frequent travel is required

Benefit

Salary range: Will be discussed during the interview ($1,000 - $1,300 (nego) + allowance)
Pay social insurance with full salary
13th month salary
12 annual leave
2 month probation with 100% salary
Age: 28 - 35

Working location: District 7, HCM City

Working time: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Saturday: wfh if needed
