
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, best practices, and sound HR generalist knowledge you’ve applied in a young, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on Recruitment & C&B experience for MNC companies
- Familiar with local labour laws and regulations
- You will have worked on HR projects and a Key HR advisory role
- Very strong focus on your external customer
- Strong business acumen and analytical & problem-solving skills, combined with the structural approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and multi-stakeholders/clients’ management skills
- Minimum: a bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources or any relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience as HR Generalist or HR Consultant is required
- Strong presentation skills both verbal and in written
- Excellent handling of MS Office and associated IT tools
- Ability to work effectively in teams, diverse groups, other cultures, and complex environments.
- Fluency in Chinese.
- Salary range: Will be discussed during the interview (18 mil -26 mil)
- Salary review every 6 months

Working location: Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh
Working time: 8:45 am – 5:45 pm from Monday to Friday
