Inspect and test electrical panels before shipment
Analyze customer complaints and issues during testing to send to the NCR team for solution proposals.
Update daily the issues and mistakes from each project for all relevant parties and prepare reports.
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve product issues before the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
Propose initiatives to prevent product defects from occurring.

Job Requirement

Korean nationality
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Automation/Business or related fields
Having experience in quality management
Fair English communication
