Junior Legal Advisor

JobTest's client operates in the Oil & Gas industry.

• Provide the in-house legal advice in respect of the Company’s ongoing activities at the request and the Line Manager’s instruction;

• Organize reviewing and evaluation, identify and inform the Line Manager of legal issues and/or legal exposure arising from any contracts and agreements committed or to be entered into by Company from all levels of the organization prior to submission of those contracts and agreement to Company’s General Director for approval;
• Ensure all enterprise registration certificate, investment registration certificate and corporate documents are renewed, upgraded on time, valid at all time and in line with constantly changing laws and activity models of the Company;
• Supervise and oversee the review, negotiation, and draft of major/standard contracts, tender documents, and other legal documents, as required by Line Manager/General Director/BOD;
• Participate in the bidding process of the project/Company including but not limited to participating in evaluating and appraising bid packages as assigned by Line Manager/General Director/BOD;
• Research and regularly update legal documents related to the Company's operations; proactively notify and advise General Director/BOD on important changes in the law and supervise the compliance by the Company of such regulations, except for issues related to the functions of other departments;
• Review and be responsible for the legal content of documents submitted to BOD as assigned by Line Manager;
• Implement all other responsibilities and duties as assigned by Line Manager.
