Mechanical Reasoning Tests are designed to assess candidates’ technical knowledge of physical and mechanical principles applied for technical problem solving. Mechanical reasoning questions are used to select for a wide range of jobs including the military (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery), police forces, fire services, as well as many craft, technical and engineering occupations.
The result of candidates' mechanical reasoning test supports employers to discover the extent to which candidates can:
• Apply their technical skills and ability for their job effectively.
• Operate and use the machines and systems properly.
• Make preventive maintenance for electronic and mechanical systems and machines.
Target Group: Technical Personnel and Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Structure, etc.)
Test Structure: The mechanical reasoning test consists of 20 questions with levers, pulleys, gears, springs and simple circuits in elementary science and the duration is 20 minutes.
