  • Planning for annual sales activities to achieve the assigned objectives

  • Finding new customer and maintaining customer relationship

  • Planning for new strategical accounts exploring and market penetration 

  • Generate and manage sales pipeline 

  • Manage and Review internal sales process compliance 

  • Working with customer and other departments to close deal and implement project

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have:

  • Number of years of experiences: 5+ years of experience in Sales; 2+ years in management position (team size of 5-10 members)

  • Have IT background

  • Have ever owned or trained one account manager with sales volume of $500K-$1M

  • Level of language proficiency: Good verbal, presentation-style and written communication skills in English or Korean

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill to communicate effectively with internal and external people. Ability to work effectively in high pressure & with cross-functional teams, good problem solving.

  • Able to go onsite at customer site at least 6 months annually,

  • Candidates of Hanoi/HCM market: prefer background domain is Finance & Banking

Participating employers can recruit local fresh talent, within three years of graduation or the Operationally Ready Date for National Servicemen and prepare them to take up suitable job roles. Participants in the programme can look forward to a structured career progression pathway within the organisation.

This programme is designed in collaboration with industry to ensure relevance to employers and the growth of the sector. Since 2015, the SkillsFuture Earn and Learn Programme has been introduced in 25 sectors, including Aerospace, Biomedical Sciences, Food Services, Games Development, Healthcare, Hotel, Infocomm Technology and Retail.
