Establish and manage Tele Marketing Team
- Create a process-impelled workflow for Tele Marketing and needs to follow-up and qualification.
- Develop call scripts for telemarketer’s use with lead generation and qualification timely.
- Recruit and train telemarketers. Including Team Leader and Tele ‘staff
- Create team compensation structure and performance metrics perfectly for presenting to the seniors.
- Meet sales targets under Benefits Package. As well as monthly target given by line manager
- Provide enough customers for the Branch’s sales events.
- Search out data pertaining to potential customers. Supply enough data for daily operation of Tele’s team
- Each day provides the sales managers with reports including the details of potential customers invited to the sale events.

- Manage data usage manage in an effective and efficient way.
- Other duty is given by line manager
Duties:
1. Sign a contract for employment with the company.
2. Observe all company guidelines and procedures.
3. Perform all the necessary duties given by Line Manager
4. Represent the company with honour and integrity.
5. Ensure the professionalism privacy and confidentiality rule of The Company

At least 3 years experience in Call center.
