- Basic knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted best HRM practice.
- Generally 1-3 years of experience in related field.
- BA/BS in related field or equivalent years of experience.
- Increased proficiency with applicable software applications in related field
- Present appropriate information in English a clear and concise manner, both orally and verbally
- Proficiently communicate ideas and concepts, developing the ability to persuade
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities is important.
- Acts with customer in mind; build positive internal - external relationship
- Ability to maintain confidential information is critical.
- Accuracy and attention to detail important.
- Update and follow policies and procedures of company timely
