Jobtest’s client is a foreign-invested company, specializing in the field of mobile applications in hospitality.

  • Location: District 5, HCMC 
  • Report to COO
  • Salary range 35-40 mil VND gross

JOB PURPOSE

You’ll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Administering and managing human resources plans for departments

2. Manage the whole employee life cycle, from recruitment, on-boarding, engagement, development to off-boarding

3. Planning and organizing the activities and actions of the HR department

4. Work closely with different department leaders to provide HR advice on various aspects, i.e. manpower planning, employee retention, and employee relations

5. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support company business growth

6. Conducting annual salary and compensation surveys and findings

7. Spearheading personnel policies and procedures

8. Administering benefits program

9. Overseeing employee interviews

10. Overseeing company annual HR budget

Yêu cầu công việc

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

* Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive

* Excellent communication and presentation in both English and Vietnamese

* Proactive listener and speaker

* Strong decision-making skills

* Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

* Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

* Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.

* Intercultural sensitivity and language skills
