\u0110ây là thông báo chính th\u1ee9c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c B\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m xã h\u1ed9i (BHXH) VN \u0111\u01b0a ra ngày 26.7 t\u1ea1i h\u1ed9i ngh\u1ecb cung c\u1ea5p thông tin \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3 v\u1ec1 BHXH và BHYT tháng 7.2017.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Theo \u0111ó, t\u1eeb ngày 1.1.2018 s\u1ebd b\u1eaft \u0111\u1ea7u áp d\u1ee5ng l\u1ed9 trình thay \u0111\u1ed5i cách tính t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ph\u1ea7n tr\u0103m h\u01b0\u1edfng l\u01b0\u01a1ng h\u01b0u theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh t\u1ea1i kho\u1ea3n 2, \u0111i\u1ec1u 56, lu\u1eadt BHXH n\u0103m 2014 – Ông Nguy\u1ec5n \u0110\u1ee9c Toàn, Phó giám \u0111\u1ed1c Trung tâm truy\u1ec1n thông (BHXH VN), cho bi\u1ebft.<\/p>\n

C\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 nh\u01b0 sau, l\u01b0\u01a1ng h\u01b0u c\u1ee7a lao \u0111\u1ed9ng (L\u0110) nam \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c tính b\u1eb1ng 45% m\u1ee9c bình quân ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng tháng ho\u1eb7c thu nh\u1eadp tháng \u0111óng BHXH khi có th\u1eddi gian \u0111óng BHXH \u0111\u1ee7 16 n\u0103m và ngh\u1ec9 h\u01b0u n\u0103m 2018, \u0111\u1ee7 17 n\u0103m và ngh\u1ec9 h\u01b0u n\u0103m 2019, \u0111\u1ee7 18 n\u0103m và ngh\u1ec9 h\u01b0u n\u0103m 2020, \u0111\u1ee7 19 n\u0103m và ngh\u1ec9 h\u01b0u n\u0103m 2021, \u0111\u1ee7 20 n\u0103m và ngh\u1ec9 h\u01b0u t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2022 tr\u1edf \u0111i.<\/p>\n

\u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi L\u0110 n\u1eef ngh\u1ec9 h\u01b0u t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2018 tr\u1edf \u0111i thì 15 n\u0103m \u0111óng BHXH \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c tính b\u1eb1ng 45% m\u1ee9c bình quân ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng tháng \u0111óng BHXH. Sau \u0111ó, c\u1ee9 thêm m\u1ed7i n\u0103m \u0111óng BHXH, ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng (c\u1ea3 nam và n\u1eef) \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c tính thêm 2%; m\u1ee9c t\u1ed1i \u0111a b\u1eb1ng 75% (n\u1ed9i dung này ch\u1ec9 thay \u0111\u1ed5i \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi L\u0110 n\u1eef vì tr\u01b0\u1edbc n\u0103m 2018 c\u1ee9 m\u1ed7i n\u0103m \u0111óng BHXH t\u0103ng thêm sau khi \u0111\u1ea1t t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 45% lao \u0111\u1ed9ng n\u1eef \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c tính thêm 3%).<\/p>\n

Nh\u01b0 v\u1eady, L\u0110 n\u1eef \u0111\u1ee7 55 tu\u1ed5i ngh\u1ec9 h\u01b0u, thay vì ch\u1ec9 c\u1ea7n có \u0111\u1ee7 25 n\u0103m \u0111óng BHXH là \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u01b0\u1edfng t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 t\u1ed1i \u0111a 75% nh\u01b0 tr\u01b0\u1edbc, t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2018 tr\u1edf \u0111i ph\u1ea3i có \u0111\u1ee7 30 n\u0103m \u0111óng BHXH m\u1edbi \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u01b0\u1edfng t\u1ed1i \u0111a 75%.<\/p>\n

\u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi L\u0110 nam, ngh\u1ec9 h\u01b0u n\u0103m 2018 ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ee7 31 n\u0103m \u0111óng BHXH, ngh\u1ec9 h\u01b0u n\u0103m 2019 ph\u1ea3i có \u0111\u1ee7 32 n\u0103m, ngh\u1ec9 n\u0103m 2020 ph\u1ea3i có \u0111\u1ee7 33 n\u0103m, ngh\u1ec9 n\u0103m 2021 ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ee7 34 n\u0103m và ngh\u1ec9 t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2022 tr\u1edf \u0111i ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ee7 35 n\u0103m \u0111óng BHXH m\u1edbi \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u01b0\u1edfng t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 t\u1ed1i \u0111a là 75% (so v\u1edbi tr\u01b0\u1edbc n\u0103m 2018 thì ch\u1ec9 c\u1ea7n có \u0111\u1ee7 30 n\u0103m \u0111óng BHXH là \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u01b0\u1edfng t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 t\u1ed1i \u0111a 75%).<\/p>\n

Theo th\u1ed1ng kê c\u1ee7a BHXH VN, trong 4 n\u0103m tr\u1edf l\u1ea1i \u0111ây, th\u1eddi gian \u0111óng BHXH bình quân c\u1ee7a L\u0110 nam là trên 32 n\u0103m, còn L\u0110 n\u1eef là 29 n\u0103m; có kho\u1ea3ng 68% s\u1ed1 ng\u01b0\u1eddi ngh\u1ec9 h\u01b0u \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u01b0\u1edfng tr\u1ee3 c\u1ea5p m\u1ed9t l\u1ea7n khi ngh\u1ec9 h\u01b0u. \u0110\u1ea1i di\u1ec7n BHXH VN nh\u1eadn \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1edbi cách tính thay \u0111\u1ed5i trên, tác \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1ed5ng th\u1ec3 không l\u1edbn, có th\u1ec3 \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng nhi\u1ec1u h\u01a1n \u0111\u1ebfn 32% s\u1ed1 ng\u01b0\u1eddi ngh\u1ec9 h\u01b0u (ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu là L\u0110 ngh\u1ec9 h\u01b0u s\u1edbm).<\/p>\n
