JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop customer channels, maintain and build relationship with customers, follow assigned and generated customers to find out the ideal products, deliver excellent services following company orientation and strategy (rental service for foreigners)
  • Handle and follow up enquiries from clients for condominium, villa, execute customer services and business package for corporations
  • Develop products from developers, landlords for rent and sale, take responsibility to the product department for providing with and updating accurate products information
  • Build sales network, specific sales and marketing program for big corporation; Negotiate and sign contracts.
  • Support to organize events for related projects; participate in meeting with investors/ partners/ clients as per requirement

Working time: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (7.5 hours) from Monday to Friday

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Both fresh graduates and have experience (Born in 1992 to 1997)
  • Have experience in sales, real estate, customer services would be preferred
  • Honest, professional
  • Good at communication skills, sociable, ambitious, willingness to learn and passion for business
  • Effective English communication skills. Korean, Chinese, Japanese will be preferred.
