- Maintains customer experience by controlling the related factors like sound, light, temperature, hygiene, the behavior of staff and partner work in the store, etc. are adherence to company standards;
- Resolve the customer complaints in professional manner;
- Survey the local consumer’s habit and specification to improve the customer service quality, enhance the entertainment activities at the store.
2. Assets Management
- Protect and manage company assets by managing the plans and internal regulations on equipment maintenance;
- Respect and efficiently develop the selling method.
3. Human resource management
- Recruit, train and develop staff to meet operating objectives;
- Provide continual supervision and control the employee’s performance by providing ongoing feedback, reward or discipline to staff when needed;
- Provide timely and accurate performance appraisals to staff and ensure succession plans are in place;
- Communicate company expectations to staff and encourage they suggest new ideas;
- Ensure the safety of the staff and partners work in the store.
4. Commerce management
- Identify the prominent goods of the store;
- Manage purchasing processes at store to ensure its effective activities of sourcing, goods ordering, ensure quality and quantity of diverse categories;
- Ensure warehouse safety, effective goods management, storage equipment in accordance to “ISO Standard” and regulation of fire & fighting;
- Check the implementation & abidance of the display principles;
- Achieve operational goals related to sales, profitability and expenses through implementing the marketing & promotion campaigns;
- Regularly carry out market survey to analyze & understand retail’s local trend and customer behavior;
- Control the goods transfer within and between stores. Monitor returned and damaged goods;
- Maintain and promote the image of the brand.
5. Shopping Mall Operation Management
- Develops and implements Shopping Mall action plans based on strategy approved by Group to achieve business objectives;
- Supervise Shopping Mall operation & leasing-sales promotion activities;
- Develop & supervise plaza management team to implement Shopping Mall strategy and tenant management.
6. Finance management
- Manage the business results: maximize revenue, margin, inventory, productivity, personnel costs & other expenses;
- Effectively manage the performance of store through the periodic audits and financial reports.
7. Communication Management
- Manage relationships with local authorities;
- Manage relationships with partner;
- Participate in local events.
