Report to Sales Manager
*Sales Activity (40%)
Support to control PSI and prepare FC Quarterly, Monthly to meet the demand of market and demand of dealer on time.
Make Sales order to fulfill account demand.
Full responsibility of Debt Management of Dealer to collect money on time.
Full responsibility of product strategy and product display in shop. Collect and make market price and competitor activities report, then propose solution idea and strategy to win market.
Prepare sell out and market information to discuss and negotiate with dealer for sell out campaign, implement sell out activities scheduled by dealers to maximize affect ROI and maximize sell out.
Take responsibility in Premium Product Project- 4 Doors RF, SBS, Drum WM existence in shop.
* Display and Branding company’s Activity (30%)
Take change of Modern Trade Account in company and support dealers after sales service.
Observe and train product knowledge to PS and dealers floor salesman
Lead and make sure the product display always properly with POSM and follow product display.
Market Information Feedback Activity (30%)
Acquire excellent understanding in company product line up and strategy to discuss with dealers for advance quarterly and yearly target and activities to ensure target achievement.
Update sale out and sell in situation and giving solution idea to achieve target monthly, quarterly, yearly and product concept idea for market in next few years.
Have proper feedback to BOM and other related team regarding the display to maintain shopfront image and relationship with customer.
