• Work directly with other managers to research education market trends, to understand how students learn and what Vietnamese parents expect their offsprings to learn

• Connect the dots accross different disciplines to build business models and product prototypes

• Giving consultation to the students on choosing proper universities and majors

• Managing the EU Scholly extra courses as well as the consultation quality of EU Scholly staff

• Work on the course plan and cooperate with the Academics on the detailed class schedule.

• Be the first contact of information to and from other relevant department within the company

• Manage the student database, consolidate and divide to the IEC staff

• Be responsible for the general consultation target of the department

• Discover and expand the network of interns, guest speakers and partners as well as the new necessary skill courses for EU Scholly

• Set up the daily, weekly, monthly working schedule for the division in charge

• Coordinate well with Marketing and Sales Department as well as Admission on the training or delivering ideas for business

• Contribute ideas and assist on the marketing campaigns of the company

• Provide and update the sales process from the sales department if needed

• Update regularly on the study abroad market and competitors. Report and suggest solutions for the new actions from the competitors as well

• Take part in or arrange staff to join the events by TALEED Academy

• Suggest ideas to improve the customer service quality to make sure the efficient working pace
