Main Objectives
1. BUILD, CONDUCT, ADMIN AND PERFORM SCHOLLY MENTORING PROGRAM
- Direct all services, materials accorded to consulting philosophy inspiring, insightful and voice of the academics and true experiencers
- Design and carry out the experiences of customers at TALEED accorded to Scholly consulting experience: a reality show with ups and downs. The spirit of good and positive drama, battles and fighters is highly emphaiszed.
- Enhance new features, expand its functionality, innovations, product lines or markets into the product every month and present to other departments on new findings.
- Giving consultation to the students on choosing proper universities and majors
- Discover and expand the network of interns, guest speakers and partners as well as the new necessary skill courses for Scholly.
- Conduct teaching SCHOLLY Courses as required.
2. BRANDING, CONTENT, INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
- Strongly participate in company branding “Inspirational” “Scholarship” “Shoot for the moon even when you fail, you’ll land among the stars”.
- Build up alumni network – 200 alumni is reconnected per year and has a good image about TALEED.
CLIENT SERVICE AND UPHOLDING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
- Build strategic partnerships with new existing clients by providing value-adding services.
- Entertain clients when necessary.
- Giving professional care, thoughtful like one big family.
- Invite clients to company’s events and function and take care of them to maintain strong relationship
- Handle efficiently and effectively client’s inquiries to ensure clients are happy with our service.
3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
3.1.Sales
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales result.
- Generate referrals internally through client promotions and events, client referrals and dissemination of company marketing collateral.
- Obtain referrals within the community using company provided marketing tools.
- Sign with at least 10 (sales) agency per year
3.2. Marketing
- Relationship building with key community, banks, tourism companies, publishers and business leaders which includes educational institute (middle, high schools, university) headmaster and teachers or decision makers in HCM area and focused cities (Bien Hoa, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Vung Tau, cities in the West) - Create and keep relationships with competitors staff to get updated.
