Research and develop/drive new products: fridge/chest freezer and beverage cooler line up based on the analyzing of market trend as well as introduce line up for some relative depts/ staff or prepare product’s certificates for sales. Work with relative depts in jobs such as: to build up the sales plan/budget for each kind of suitable sales channels; calculate the price, GP, promotion... marketing activities, solve the market’s feedback as well.
* PRODUCT/ LINE UP (50%)
Update product line up (focus on product appearance, features and competitiveness).
Competitor product's review.
Drive product's competitiveness in the market by planning differentiation strategy based on analysing the market, customer, competitor and technology.
Solving product problem (cooperate with engineer team, service team, sales team).
Prepare product documents (CO, CQ, CR, specification, etc.) support for Sales team.
Trainning for PS, Sales team, Service team, Customers' salesman.
Build up annual sales budget (monthly, by customers, by models), share to Sales, Marketing and Finance team to have agreement.
Sales in and Sales out review, suggestion to Sales team to improve.
Cooperate with Sales team for Sales promotion.
Manage demand forecast, closely communicate with Sale team, HQ, factory to ensure efficiency supply for anytime for sale team to maximize sales.
* MARKETING (20%)
Identify current and future market oppontunities (product divided by sales channels).
Maketing material: cooperate with marketing team for POSM, catalogue, manual, etc.
Marketing activities: cooperate with marketing team for roadshow, event, TVC, etc.
Product line up display proposal by separated channels (DMX, other big shops, key shops, other traditional shops).
