Responsibility for aligning business objectives with employees and Sales & Marketing Director. The position serves as a consultant and key contact for Sales & Marketing on human resource-related issues. Acts as an employee champion and change agent for Sales & Marketing in transformation phase.
Attract and recruit Sales & Marketing talents.
Partner with Sales & Marketing managers and Director nationwide to identify, develop and implement the employee engagement programs.
Proactively and dedicatedly support the delivery of HR Processes in Sales & Marketing.
Actively identify gaps, proposes and implement necessary changes on Sales & Marketing Organisation.
Intouch, understand and build a strong business relationship with Sales & Marketing across levels and locations.
Build the effective Employee Value Proposition to attract, retain and engage talents.
Other HR projects assigned by HR Director.
