Yêu cầu công việc
College degree or above in IT, computer science or related field;
Proven experience (2 years) as a help desk technician / support;
Good understanding of computer systems, IT devices and networks;
Good English communication skill is required (Reading and Writing);
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words, and Outlook;
Client service orientation and multi-tasking skills;
Enjoying team work, cheerful, self-motivated and willing to learn
