Work closely with Bose training team, and primarily responsible for delivering and cascading all Bose related trainings to assigned stores until completion ( Train – the – Trainer concept)

Work closely with Bose training team in identifying learning and skills development opportunities of store team member, and deliver training needs based on the opportunities or gaps identified.

Mentor and coaches store members in product knowledge, product presentation and demonstrations, and customer engagements in order to maximize store revenue generation opportunities.

Maintain a training calendar and schedule across all store and collaborate with Bose training team accordingly.

Yêu cầu công việc

Communication – presentation, facilitation and classroom training delivery skills

Customer centric – able to engage customers in interactive and fun ways

Team mentoring, coaching and able to identify team learning development needs

3-4 year experience in consumer electronic and retail industries

Experience in design, development and delivery of training solutions.

Fluent in English and Vietnamese

Working time: 8:30 – 15:30h và 15:00 – 22:00h

Monthly Salary: 350 - 400$ + incentive
