To manage data entry project including but not limited to project planning, project budgeting, resource
management, risk management, quality management.
 To manage KPIs of project.
 Communication with customers.
 Report to customers.
 Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, career development, planning, and performance of team
members.
 Setting and communicating clear expectations for work outcomes within the department
 Preparing various reporting for distribution to our Senior Leadership Team and
 Leading process improvement initiatives to include strategic and tactical implementation of ideas to
streamline existing processes.
 Reviewing structured problems, selecting and applying standards and guidelines.

Yêu cầu công việc

5+ years of management experience that includes a staff of 5+ direct reports and indirect staff of 50+
 3+ years of experience where you were responsible for setting standards and goals that met or exceeded
company and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
 3+ years of experience in a leadership role where you had to interact with external client stakeholders and
senior management to plan and execute strategic initiatives including managing budget and P&L.
 3+ years of demonstrated experience developing and leading pro
operational efficiencies.
